How to Upload Documents to the Client Portal
Use these instructions for uploading documents such as labs you had run with your primary care physician so that I may review them.
First, log into the client portal. Click here.
Note: If you have never logged into the portal, you need to activate your account. When you signed up for your first appointment, there was an email sent to you with a link to join the portal. If you need it resent, please text me. 505-554-5185 (Please include your name).
Once you are logged in, the steps are simple. They are highlighted in the images below.
